Well guys this has nothing to do with fishing but I just wanted to share my experience with my boys and let off a little steam.
Decide to stop at TGI Fridays for lunch today before hitting up Bass Pro Shops. Walking out I make eye contact with a guy by my truck as he gets into his and I tell amanda he is up to no good. When I get closer I noticed my console open. I scream to Amanda to get in the truck cuz he just broke into my sh*t. As I open my door I look where he is headed and he is climbing the hill behind the gated area where they keep the boats. I put white lightning into gear and begin to chase his a**. Due to traffic I cannot catch him. Long story short I lose a GPS, Camera, 4 Rods and Reels and a Radar Detector. I will never forget his sorry as little scared face when he made eye contact with me.
They knew it was my truck therefore they watched us go in.
Warren sorry I got off the phone with you so hastily but I was in mid chase.

Blake.....that is unbelievable.......can't believe someone would try to pull something like that in broad daylight and with so many people that could see him! They may have security cameras that cover the parking lot at TGIF and could get a license # or something.....and check your auto insurance......they might cover the loss....at least that might help a little.

You would think so.....BUT........Im afraid to say that there are no cameras that cover the restaurants located among Katy Mills. Even the couple cameras that are located at Katy Mills are not strong enough to zoom in and get a license plate. This info is from the Katy Police........Why do you not have excellent cameras at such a high dollar place? STUPID

Sucks! Depends on your policy, but your insurance should cover what was stolen after the deductible.

Ouch. I thought I was having a rough weekend. That is a bummer. Hope you run into the guy again.
