O.K.,
so went to N.M. and I'm so proud of my wife's new Ford Taurus X "crossover" SUV. I say "crossover" cause its really a dang stationwagon but i don't want to call it that......anway i'm proud cause it got nearly 28 MPG on the trip. So, i'm all proud and on the last night as we're listening to the local radio at the cabin, and i ain't making this up....they do a "parody" commercial to Budlight's Real Men of Genius...and they say, "here's to you Mr. Ford Taurus Station Wagon man...." "sure, real men drive trucks and sportscars...but nothin says gay like driving around in a stationwagon (little dude in the background says, "i'm so gay")..."you might as well put a pretty kitty sticker on your bumper,etc......and then my wife nearly fell outta bed.......needless to say i wore my cap low and my sunglasses on the whole 11 hour drive home (still got 28 MPG though)

I was hoping for a little support from the fellow chumps ....but hey, it's my wife's anyway and I'll only be driving with the family.........that's o.k., right....i mean she had me go to town for an errand today and politely said, "please take my car" and i didn't have to think about it twice when i said, "no thanks"! Two things: at least ours, i mean "hers" is dark blue.....and did i mention it gets 28 MPG's. ;D
