Who cares right??? But looks like only about 4 of us post and if we don't the place will die!!! Anyway, fished from 10am till 2pm. Scattered schoolies but left them to the old men out there. Caught a 18 and 20 incher off a channel break in about 25 ft of water(one on C-rig lizard and one on 9 inch swimbait ;D). Got on 13 ft hump mid-lake and C-rigged about 9 more slots. Found rocky bottom at about the 19 ft drop off that hump. Pretty cool, as soon as barrel weight hit rock...boom...it was on. Swimbait - 9 inch white Lizard - 7 inch black/blue flake dipped in chartreuse Talked to an old-timer who said he caught a 22 incher on Tx-rigged red shad brush hog on the edge of an eel grass bed. That's all...bye, bye...... Z

The screen is the only place the dye is not fading...I haven't taken you or Bucky to the mid lake hump yet. Its' easy to find, but what most anglers miss, is the ledge on one side. I've watched boats on there for a while now and they seem to be on the wrong side. They probably still catch fish but hell, I had to drop 2 bouys on the thing today to stay on it. Funny though, the south side hump that me and Warren slayed em on last month is dry and so is the dropoff 10man and Mike caught 6.5lbs during the Covert T. 10man took me over to that north side hump(it's really the edge of Spicy Creek) and we had a decent time, then I went back a couple weeks later nothing and it's the dead sea now. Gotta go, I'm giving away too much info. Too many "lurkers" that won't give back...you know what I mean Z

How is the jigging spoon bite going? It is a technique that I have wanted to learn how to use. It just seems like it would pay off big during the summer months.
