Colt, Buck and I hit Fayette 12/8 morning for about 2.5 hrs trying our new Krippled Kritter baits. Fishing was slow the first hour then picked up around 10:30. We fished in about 15 fow and managed a couple a piece then saw some schooling action on a rocky point and that's when it got good.... who says you need to mimick shad on schoolies... We just chunked Kritters at em and tore em up...
Got to Bastrop around 2ish that afternoon and fishing was tough... Managed a few in about 7-10 fow nad around 4:00 it tuned on for us we churned out about 15 on the Kritters. Bite got better as the day wore on. We caught plenty of fish and plenty of coldies. Turned a fisherman into a Krippled Kritter believer and I got to slap Buck with a fish...TWICE... I'll put that vid on as soon as I can... and pics of the day...
