It's time to get together on this. Would any one have a problem meeting at the boat shed the Friday night after Christmas.

I talked with Buck today and it sounds like Z has come up with a killer idea for the tournament of champions. I will let him fill in the blanks here cause I don't know the hole plan.

I was thinking we could have the year end party on Friday night and fix up next years schulde and have the champions tournament the next day. Any feedback on this would be good so let me know.
The dates would be Friday the 28th for the party and Saturday the 29th for the tournament.

I'll preface by saying this... I completely understand everyone wants to fish for trophies on Falcon, Sam, Amistad. I would love to do that also. But for the purposes of this club, I don't think it's a good idea. You will lose more anglers than gain. There are great trails that you could actually make money in while fishing those lakes. Being a "small" central Texas bass club, IMO we should stay within a 1-1.5 hour drive, if that means fishing for 'Small' fish in powerplant lakes then so be it (I'll do it 8 months in a row). I'm in it for the camaraderie, coldies, and excuse to get out of the house. When Me, Buck, and Bage started this years ago, The purpose was to fish locally, 3 men in a boat, take turns on the TR, weigh-in, bbque, drink heavily, have a good time, and have a SHORT drive home. That's my .02, and I nkknow it don't mean nuts... lol

I do think yall have done a great job with the club and with everything yall have added. I relly enjoyed this past season. So here's my list...
