April Tournament - Lake Belton
The monthly tournament for April will be held on Lake Belton. Conditions should be ideal to catch good numbers of bass including smallmouth.
Date: April 10, 2010
Location: Temple Lake Park
Time: Safelight - 3:00 pm
Entry Fee: $20 plus $5 for Big Bass
Bonus: Optional $5 per man for the heaviest smallmouth
We thought the smallmouth pot would add a little something interesting. We'll carry it over to Stillhouse if nobody weighs in a smallmouth. |

Precip 10%% Sunday Partly Cloudy. 77 / 57F. Precip 10%% Monday Isolated T-Storms. 75 / 60F. Precip 30%% The side pot sounds like a good deal. What time is every body leavin on Saturday morning. I think me and mike are leavin about 4:30 or 5:00. The weather looks OK so far. It would be nice to fish a day without a 40 MPH wind.  !!!!JUG!!!! |

Safe light will be around 6:50. You might want to leave a little before 5. There is a bunch of road construction heading to the lake that will slow you down some.

I just looked at the website and Belton is almost 3 feet low and they are still letting water out at 1167 cfs. !!!!JUG!!!! |

Good times. I was beat after Saturday, only getting 3 hours of sleep, I thought about laying down and taking a nap  Then I get home and we got our new puppy so he let me have about 3-4 hours of sleep Sat. night. The one that got away screwed me pretty good. It was on the one hook I didnt switch out  . I cant wait for the cut off on stillhouse next month.... |
