I goty to slip out to fayette yesturday. Sorry lwink, when I get to slip I dont have any warning and I'm normally not out there long enough to warrant getting you to drive all the way form austin. Anyway, I was out there from 2-4 ish. The weather was warm. i was fishing my normal patter for this time of the year. i managed 15 in the boat had 4-5 more on but couldnt get them to the boat. The water teps are in the mid 70's now and there are fry everywhere. I didn't catch a fish over 3 lbs. I dont know where the big girls are. It seems that they have dropped the lake another 6-8". Noel when is that going to stop. It really sucks. Anyway I figured I would have caught more under those conditions, but still not to bad for 2 hours of fising.

Guys, You gotta have water in the river to be able to pump water to the lake. We have a minimum level in the river where we cant start the pumps because we would just be pumping sand......we're at that level now. Sorry.....I wish it wasnt that low either, trust me! Noel
