Well since I didnt get much fishing in Sept-Dec. I figured I better start catching up. Went on Fri frm 10-dark. Big girls are still not in reeds. Caught 20+ fish on beever, jigs, rtraps. Up to 5 lbs. Wind was bas..again..

Man Im supposed to be the one chasing this dream of mine and it looks like your living it.........All I see are reports from BUGDIB about fishing this lake or that lake or even about going to California.........Got d**n.......

Shoot man I wish I could tell ya.......I dont know first hand but I had a buddy that caught 28lbs today.
Took the girl to Lake Charles so I have been recooping instead of fishing. Ive got my priorities mixed up i think.

Well all I can say is you have to work smart fellas. When a few of my bigger projects get started in the next few weeks things will change a little . I dont see me fishing any this week. Plus I have some things I need to get fixed on my boat this week. |

Yep...........actually we teachers have all summer off but the dang water is too hot to get out there much, and my golf game has entered the world of "really sucks".........so, I got to find another summer time hobby! However, when Spring Break gets here I WILL be out there all over Fayette!!

Spring Break is nice. Plus, we have a few more holidays in the school calendar this year. Then, there are the sick days...I feel a little cough coming on myself...might have to find a doctor in Victoria |

Yep....I hear there's some good docs around Victoria.......maybe you better find one before Feb. 14th........don't want to put off seeing the doc too long when you get that cough!!
