Me, txbucky, TBag, Mike, and Jug show up for the tournament. Bill and Randy showed up but were at the other ramp. Bucky throws an idea out there...since there are only 5 of us everybody throw in 30 bucks plus 5 for big bass, but fish individually. We ended up throwing in $35 and 5$ because nobody had change. He says since only 5 of us showed up, lets make it interesting...We'll still make first place 80 points, but make second 70, third 60, etc. Of course TBag and I agree because this is the only way we can catch him with only 5 fishermen... ;D ;D ;D
Well, nobody caught one over 21". The big bass pot of $65 carries over to January.
I stopped counting, but I caught at least 30 fish today and I believe that I had 14 were under 14". I weighed in 5lbs 10oz. Mike and Jug both weighed in 5. Mike just under 5 lbs. Jug had just over 5 lbs to take second place and the bragging rights between brothers. Bucky had 3 fish and not quite 3 lbs. TBag had 1 fish and not quite 2 lbs...So, Bucky's scheme to make things interesting, a nice day on the water, and help from Mike and Jug resulted in me winning the AOY. ;D

Looks like you had a good trip down south.
Thanks, the only way possible was the 80 point tournament and modified point system. I had a good day on a lake I've never that done well on. We're looking forward to January and a good season to come.
