Hello All I'm alive.....ok awake anyhow. What no Z yet........He's still sleeping it off I had a fantastic time fishing my first event as a Chump with Shane. We caught somewhere close to 15 fish, only managed 1 keeper. I have never caught so many small fish on LA. I had 1 fish that was all of about 11" nearly took my rod out of my hands when he hit it. Also caught the fatest 12" fish I have ever caught. It easily went a pound and a half. Shane commented "Futcher 10 lber". Thanks again Shane for fishing with me. It always fun hanging with Eric before the tournament. Glad you were able to come out and enjoy some cold ones. We also enjoyed a few cold ones with Z for about an hour on the water at 1:00 in the morning. He did several flips and cannon balls off his boat. It was all I could do not to grab my crankbait rod and catch the biggest a$$, I mean BASS of the night JK Z LOL Any how I had a great time and made it through work, barely on Saturday. Jimbo 8) PS Congrats again Txbucky and Tbag for the win. Nice sak of fish

Well guys that was the most fun, not catching fish, I have had in a while.
I dont think I have ever been on Austin before where I have caught such a small number of fish. My buddy bigdub can agree that its not like we didnt give it hell.....We chunked and wind all d**n night.
Anyways I would like to thank Warrens bass cat for having the front light all jacked up.....If it wasnt for that it would have been an ugly night.
Coleto is not my best lake but I am finished not having success so I plan on coming out of this dumb slump in victoria.
Bucky you the man.......If there was a Bassmaster Trail where the entire trail was held at night.....I would sponsor you.
Oh and be careful because I think you are creating a monster in the back of your boat......He might just pass you if we have a few more indi tourneys.

I know what you mean about that "monster" in the back........I kept hearing him talk about it all night. He's pumped about it!! You'll make your move at Coleto.

Oh and Warren .........
DONT WORRY.............
Dennis Quaid does not have a house on Coleto
It is too long of a drive for Cedric Benson to make drunk
So as long as we dont throw any money in the water we should be able to steer away from our curse

TBag seemed pretty getic after 12 hours of fishing must have been the win ;D...I still have to get his signature pic finished with the sponsored by Mike Buck Logo. Ain't that the truth...he needs to submit an article for Bassmaster on modifying your buzzbait for night fishing
