This saturday at Lake Bastrop...$30 a team...I want the Chumps to fish solo if possible in your own boat and have a little side pot. And I don't have an edge cause the dinks are schooling!!!!!!!! And Bucky seems to kick my butt on my home lake anyway!!!!!! Hope to see yall there... Z  |

Well........I don't know if it was the wind or just me.......but I thought it was a tough day on Bastrop. Didn't catch as many fish as we thought...........Nitro was still pretty good with the "sissy stick" and we were within sight of "Z" jumpin' on his boat with the "sissy" thang too.........Nitro picked up a crazy "Broke-Back Bass" that went 201/2" and we caught 3 small keepers. ( with about a dozen fish total) I'd like to think that the 50 plus boats and the wind made findin' the right location very difficult. Might still head out there on Monday night afterall...............

I hate not winning, but I love fishing. All in all, it was a tough day cause of the wind. I had a great time on the water anyway. Buck, you need to come out tomorrow. It's just fun to be out on the water with other Chumps. I have an idea......Any Chump fishing tomorrow night puts up $5 big bass......if no one catches an over, then the biggest dink wins......we'll weigh em at the boat after wiegh-in that way no one laughs at us....  If there's 4 of us then you win your half of the entry anyway...... Whaddaya think??? I'll be there anyway..... Z |

I'll be there and all over the side bet..............Nitro are you in?  ? What about Bigdub..............I think he's back in town!! I've also got to head for Somerville this week so Bigdub an Nitro don't embarrass me to bad............holla back!! |

I'll be there fo sho!!!!!!!! As for Somerville........no pre-fish for me...I got a plan..... 1) Follow Shane and fish behind him...if that don't produce... 2) Find BigDub and fish behind him...if that don't produce... 3) Find Bucky at the boat stalls and fish behind him...if that don't produce..... 4) Start drinking........oh, my bad......change #4 to #1 and follow the plan!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D Z |
