Stillhouse

Buck and I made the trip to Stillhouse on Monday. Shane was suppose to make the trip with us but decided that he was to sick to fish We used topwater from sun up to about 9 catching 2 keepers and many small schoolies. Then I pulled out the DD22 and caught a nice 4lber. We then ran up river and threw DD22, shaky head, and dropshot. I had a big fish brake off on the crank. I never could get the fish turned and SNAP. In all we ended up with 20+ fish. We got off the lake around 1:30. Not to bad, but I thought we would have had a little better day.

Yep, we should have caught more quality fish with the great weather. I still love fishin' stillhouse.........you just never know what the next cast might bring. How bout' that "Dropshot"..........
